¿Who is ZARAH KRAVITZ? Zarah Kravitz is a Certified Nutrition Counselor accredited through the American Association for Drugless Practitioners (AADP) and a graduate of The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City. Her personal health history includes a near-death kidney infection several years ago, which left her disenchanted by the health care system and instilled in her clarity and insight as to what her larger purpose is: to catalyze a shift in consciousness on the planet by helping people change their health paradigms.
Zarah has embraced an integrative and holistic counseling approach to lifestyle and nutritional change. She empowers her clients to embrace their wellness potential by using natural and sustainable remedies. She specializes in working with those who are transitioning into including more plant-based foods into their lifestyle.
